Samsung will focus in the next few weeks on promoting the Galaxy Note20 series, but probably its top phone that most users will choose will be the Galaxy S20 Fan Edition, which could be launched in the fall. Rumors about it suggest that Samsung will try to create a cheaper alternative, but without too many compromises to the standard S20 model, at a lower price. We now have a first image, which highlights the design differences between the S20 Fan Edition and a regular S20.
Galxy S20 Fan Edition is practically the “lite” version of the S20 series
The Galaxy S20 Fan Edition model is expected with a flat display of 6.5 or 6.7 ”, perforated at the top and with Full HD + resolution. However, it should keep the 120 Hz refresh rate on the S20 series and will use a 4,500 mAh battery. However, the camera system could be almost as powerful as the one on the standard S20, the major difference being the zoom camera, which could give up the 64 megapixel sensor in favor of a 3x zoom lens and 8 megapixel sensor.
When you put the two models next to each other, the differences are obvious. The image with the Galaxy S20 Fan Edition, published by Evan Blass, shows a phone with a thicker frame, with a display that no longer extends to the edges and with a less rounded shape. On the back, rumors say that Samsung will not integrate a bottle with a plastic cover, cheaper than the product.
