Beyond Good and Evil is a game developed by Ubisoft Montpellier and published by Ubisoft. It that was released in 2003, but it didn’t have the expected success. In fact, it was a commercial failure and this made people think that developers won’t release another version.

Despite the general idea, Ubisoft made a shocking announcement during their E3 2017 Conference. With this occasion, they let people know that they are currently working on the development of Beyond Good and Evil 2. However, they didn’t say anything about the game’s potential release date and didn’t mention other details.

Recently, more information about Beyond Good and Evil 2 started to appear. This action-adventure game lets the player step into an open world environment. It offers a third-person perspective in a world where events take place one generation before the previous version of the game.

The players can choose their character (both men and women are available). They will have to fulfill various tasks for winning items that can help them advance throughout the game. In addition, Beyond Good and Evil 2 is based on two features: single-player mode and cooperative player support.

Ubisoft clarified all things during a Q&A post published this Friday. Developers said that gamers need to have a reliable Internet connection if they want to play the 2nd version of Beyond Good and Evil 2.

They added that the emphasis is placed on the multiplayer mode and this means that people can play the game with their friends, use collaborative items, enjoy seamless navigation and welcome dynamic updates. On the other hand, a lot fans might not be so excited about the possibility of playing Beyond Good and Evil 2. We’ll have to wait and see how things work.
