The upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is a phone and tablet hybrid that promises to take the tech world by storm when it releases. But other than the fact that it’s a device with the traits of both a phone and a tablet, we didn’t know much else about the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 until now. But thanks to a recent leak, this has all changed in the blink of an eye. Let’s have a look at the new info.
Promotional Poster Leak
The leak came in the form of an image that is supposed to be a promotional poster for the release of the Samsung Galaxy Note 8. There are a few things that caught everyone’s eye off the bat in this new leaked image. First and foremost, the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 8 seems to have a dual camera, a feature which we’ve already seen in plenty of other new and high end smartphones.
On top of that, the new Samsung Galaxy Note 8 will have an all-new kind of Infinity Display. The Infinity Display is something Samsung phones are famous for, so it’s good to see that they are upping their game in this department. And, as fingerprint sensors have been a hot subject for Samsung ever since the failed attempt to integrate one in the screen of the Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus, let’s see what the situation of the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is regarding that.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 8’s fingerprint sensor will be located underneath the rear camera, just like in other previous Samsung Galaxy devices. As far as hardware is concerned, the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is supposed to be very similar to the Galaxy S8, so there will most likely be no surprises there (not that we’d want any).
