It seems that LG is preparing for a new event that will be held next Tuesday. If a few days ago some rumors were suggesting that the LG is preparing to launch a G6 Mini, today we found out that the device will be actually named Q6.
LG has already started sending press invites to the launch event will take place in Poland on July 11, 2017. As expected, during this event, the company will finally unveil its LG Q6 handset.
However, it seems that the company has send two types of invites and one version of the invite doesn’t mention the handset directly, but it does contain a “#LGBarbeQ” hashtag, which clearly shows that it plans to launch a device.
It is not sure if this event will be used to launch Q6 globally or it will be announced earlier and during this event it will be introduced to the Polish market. Hopefully, LG will come with more details about this upcoming device sometime in the next days.
The LG Q6 is expected to come with a display size of 5.4-inch (18:9), which will keep the aspect ratio that has been firstly spotted in the G6. At the same time, it will come with the same screen-to-body ratio too.
As for the camera, it will have a single one of 13MP that will be located on the back of the handset. It will have 3GB of RAM, but it is not sure yet what processor and graphics card it will sport. If we don’t hear anything about the LG Q6 this weekend, this means that it will be globally announced on July 11, 2017 in Poland. We will come with more details about this handset after its launch event.
What are your thoughts about the upcoming LG Q6? Are you considering purchasing it if it comes with a decent processor and graphics card?
