Lenovo Legion Slim 7i could be the most powerful gaming laptop weighing less than 2kg

0

Part of the fall offer, the Legion Slim 7i is the thinnest gaming laptop launched so far by Lenovo using the Legion brand.

Weighing only 1.86 kg, the more powerful version of the Legion 5i comes equipped with Nvidia Optimus technology and a GeForce RTX 2060 series video card with Max-Q support. Thanks to Optimus technology, the Legion Slim 7i can instantly switch to a low-power mode when running less intensive applications, while keeping available all the power offered by the GPU for intensive activities, such as PC gaming sessions. In theory, this should improve battery life without compromising on performance. Helping to maximize the level of performance is also the Max-Q Dynamic Boost technology, which allows the system to transfer the CPU consumption / heat margin to the GPU during activities such as games, thus increasing 3D performance by up to 10%.

Lenovo Legion Slim 7i, ultra-portable gaming solution

The Legion Slim 7i comes equipped with a 71 WHr battery, which promises a range of up to 7.75 hours and supports fast charging. By improving the cooling capabilities, Lenovo increased the capacity of the air intake system by 31%, resulting in an increased airflow to the processor and GPU by 115% compared to previous versions.

The laptop comes equipped with Intel Core i9 HK 10th Gen processor, can be configured with up to 32GB RAM and 2TB SSD. The 15.6 inch screen can be 4K / 60Hz or Full HD / 144Hz (more suitable for eSports competitions). The visual experience is complemented by Dolby Atmos sound and TrueStrike keyboard with RGB lighting, designed by Corsair.
