All Android and iOS users that have been waiting for the Call of Duty Mobile game can now enter the stores and pre-register to the game.

Call of Duty Mobile is a free game for handheld devices that run iOS and Android OS, and will soon be globally released this year. Until now, the game was in regional beta testing.

Activision has been teasing some of the game’s content, so if you want to be among the first players that get their hands on the mobile shooter, pre-register now! The fact that the game has this option means that the game should soon be released to the public.

When Will COD Mobile Be Released?

According to Activision’s announcement on their website, COD public testing will be available this summer, and it will be launched to the public in waves, first to those who have pre-registered:

“Over the coming months we will be releasing pre-launch Betas for fans who pre-register to continue optimizing the experience and fine-tuning the game.”

After that, it will be released to a wider audience on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.

So, if you pre-register now, you could get access to the game earlier than others, adds Activision in today’s announcement:

“Pre-register now to make sure you’re among the first to hit the front lines. Stay up-to-date on all the latest intel, learn about opportunities to join future Beta tests and get the chance to earn in-game rewards when you sign up. Available in select territories.

Keep an eye on callofduty.com/mobile for more details as the development of Call of Duty Mobile unfolds.”

As for an exact release date, the developer says they are going to announce more details in the coming months – it all depends on how well the testing goes.

The teaser trailer shows popular in-game modes like Team Deathmatch, Search and Destroy, Free-for-All and probably even Blackout. We will also get to see iconic locations and maps, such as Nuketown, Crash, and Hijacked.
