Microsoft Is Finally Addressing Windows 10 Creators Game Bugs

0

Microsoft released the Windows 10 Creators Update back in April, and it proved to be a disappointing experience for many gamers. There were multiple game errors that made gameplay less enjoyable. Now it appears that Microsoft is finally going to patch up these issues.

Fixing the bugs spotted by gamers

Despite the fact that the Windows 10 Creators Update came with a Game Mode, there have been numerous complaints about Frames Per Second drops and the stuttering games glitch. For some users, disabling the Xbox Game DVR feature was a solution, but this did not fix the problems for everyone.

Microsoft finally acknowledged the issues that affect game performance

Despite the complaints, Microsoft did not acknowledge these issues until now.. A Microsoft engineer declared that “We have been analyzing the traces from your feedback and have identified several different problem sources surfacing as stutter in games. We have a fix for one of them in the Windows Insider build that flighted to the “Fast”ring (build 16273 and above). We are actively investigating the remaining stutter causes and appreciate your patience on this issue.” This was posted in the Feedback Hub app, an application that allows users to send feedback about Windows 10. It is good news to find out that Microsoft is working on this.

Upcoming Windows 10 updates

Windows Insiders that have signed up to be the first ones who try out the upcoming Windows 10 updates already received Build 16273. We do not know yet if this new Windows 10 update is able to fix the game issues.

Users can expect a new big Windows 10 update on October 17. The Fall Creators Update will come with many improvements so gamers can hope for some patches that will solve their gaming problems.
